The Azores
The Azores, an autonomous region of Portugal, are an archipelago in the mid-Atlantic.
The islands are characterized by dramatic landscapes, fishing villages, green pastures and hedgerows of blue hydrangeas.
In the summer months, from 15th of June to 15th of September you experience not less than 18ºC and
rarely over 26ºC. Ideal for outdoor activities. The weather can change quite quickly several times a day, therefore the Azores are known for their “4
seasons in one day”.

The Azores archipelago
is made up of three groups of islands:
Flores and Corvo in the western group; Graciosa, Terceira, Sao Jorge,
Pico, and Faial in the central group; and Sao Miguel and Santa Maria in the eastern group.
We recommend air travel to get from island to island, however there is a
ferry service running between the islands of the central and western groups.
