Guests are all welcome to participate in the sailing. However, if you prefer to take a break and relax, then our experienced Crew will take over.

To guarantee comfort and luxury on board, we welcome only 4 guests per boattour.
Every morning after your prepared breakfast on board, the Rent A Car or your local tour guide is waiting for you, so you can trulyexperience the exploration of the islands, while we take care of the dailyerrands of the Yacht.

PETE KEEPING
With over 40 years of experience in sailing, Pete Keeping from Cornwall, England has specialised in racing.
His industry experience includes being the RYA coach for the UK youth team at the World Championships, as well as taking the World Championship title in Windsurfing in 1988.
EVE KOCH
Trained travel agent Eve Koch, from Appenzell, Switzerland, worked for many years as tour guide before building and running a highly successful rural tourism property followed by event management.
She speaks Portuguese, English and German fluently.

You will meet the Crew via Videoconference before your adventure starts, where you can have all your questions answered and give your “Wish List” of favourite activities, and we will work out a customised itinerary for you.
On the most popular tour around the Centre Islands of the Azores you will visit the islands of Terceira, São Jorge, Faial and Pico. To give time for sailing, to relax and to discover each Island, we calculate 11 days for the PK Atlantic Sailing Experience.
We will welcome you at Lajes Airport on Terceira Island, take you to the Marina, where you will board “Azores High”, the stunning Elan Impression 50 from 2019. On board, breakfast will be prepared for you and light meals when at sea. Bed linen, bath towels and cleaning are all included.
When on land, reservations in local restaurants are made for guests to be able to discover the local gastronomy first hand. When at sea, you have the chance to make adventure stops, ideal for swimming, canoeing, SUP and snorkelling. We have all the equipment on board!

THE AZORES
The Azores, an autonomous region of Portugal, are an archipelago in the mid-Atlantic.
The islands are characterized by dramatic landscapes, fishing villages, green pastures and hedgerows of blue hydrangeas.
In the summer months, from 15th of June to 15th of September you experience not less than 18ºC and rarely over 26ºC. Ideal for outdoor activities. The weather can change quite quickly several times a day, therefore the Azores are known for their “4seasons in one day”.
