Our Company has been in the Rigging business in Portugal for 30 years.

We have all the machinery to make standing rigging in house up to 16mm wire, and supply rod and synthetic stays for higher specifications.

Our specialities are Mast replacements, Standing

and Running Rigging, Furling Systems and Deck Hardware.

Everyone in our Team are sailors, so we understand the queries you may have.

Kan Vogt is our head rigger, and with his German mentality, he is extremely efficient, and ensures that all jobs are carried out thoroughly and professionally.

He speaks Portuguese, German and English fluently.

The rigging crew is supported by a competent administration team.

Standing Rigging

  • Our rigging department has been established for over 30 years, and we have a combined experience of over 50 years. All members of our team are sailors.

  • We work with all types of masts manufacturers, and it is very helpful when you contact the rigging team to inform the type of rig you have.

  • We only work exclusively with the top suppliers in the marine industry. All our terminals are supplied by European manufacturers.

  • Our wire is supplied by KOS, which is acknowledged as the primary manufacturer of wire in the World. We do not work with any products manufactured in China.

We build standing rigging in the following materials:


  • 1 x 19 wire

  • Compact (Dyform) Wire

  • Rod

  • Aramid


  • We use a Wireteknik swaging machine, and can swage up to 16mm wire in house.

  • All splicing for running rigging is carried out by our trained riggers.


  • Rig inspection for Insurance purposes

  • Mast replacement

  • Supplying complete rig solutions, offering advice for improving the sailing solutions on board

  • Commissioning of new yachts complete turnkey solutions, including preparation of hull, rig and electronics

  • Upgrading your manual furling systems to “Push Button” sailing, making sailing effortless and enjoyable, using electric or hydraulic solutions

  • SMF – Synchronized Main Furling: One button operates your in mast furling unit and outhaul winch offering simplicity for your mainsail operation

  • Converting manual winches to electric or hydraulic

  • Tactical advice at regattas including on board reporting (video coverage)
